Our website uses what is known as strong passwords.
Strong passwords require a combination of alphanumeric (letters and numbers) and special characters.
Special characters are punctuation and generally everything not a letter or number found on your keyboard.
Our passwords are also case sensitive. This means that a capital “C” and lowercase “c” are not the same. When creating a password each letter is case sensitive.

Creating and remembering a strong password

One common technique for creating these passwords is to use the first letter of a sentence that would be familiar to you.

For example:
“George Washington was the 1st President of the United States.” Strong password: GWwt1PotUS.
“I graduated from Jefferson High School in ’85.” Strong password: IgfJHSi’85.
