Dan Smith’s Candies is always looking to ensure that we ship our very best kitchen fresh candies to your door. We don’t add any paraffin wax into our chocolate so it can melt very easily when temperatures begin to rise which can affect the quality of our products. With that in mind, your order will be shipped during warm temperatures with a heat shield barrier and ice packs to help prevent the product from melting. There will be a handling fee charged to your order to cover the cost of these materials of $6.95 per package.
Having your candy arrive in perfect condition is one of our top priorities. Processing time may take one to two weeks depending on the time of the year. During the Christmas season, it could take up to three weeks depending on the availability of the product and the volume of orders that are placed. All orders will be sent, some may arrive between Christmas and New Years. Orders are shipped via USPS.
